Warning for over-allocated & under-allocated persons

Over and under allocation warning colors

To get the best performance and results from your team, you must avoid resources over-allocation and under-allocation.

Go to “Resourcing” on menu and click on “People view” tab.

A simple color scheme will make you aware:

1. Red: It means that you allocated more hours per day for the person than his daily availability, so the person is over-allocated.
2. Orange: It means that you allocated less hours per day for the person than his daily availability, so the person is under-allocated.
3. Green: just perfect! The person has been allocated the total number of his daily availability.
