Deactivate people account
When an employee leave the company, you can deactivate his/her account very simple, in 2 ways:
A. One by one
- Go to Management/ People view;
- Choose the person you want to deactivate the account for;
- Click on the Revoke license button, and the account is deactivated.
B. Multiple
- Go to Settings;
- Choose the Billing view;
- Click on the Assign/Revoke licenses button;
- Uncheck the box of Has License for the user/users you want to deactivate.
After you deactivate an account, the license will be available and you can use it for a new employee/account.
It is that simple!
