Share folder or document

  1. Right click on the folder you want to share;
  2. Click on the Share button;

3. Choose the access type – Private/Public to all users/Restricted to specific users;

4 .If you choose Private you need to click the Apply button; Private means that you will be the only person to see the content of the folder;

5. If you choose Public to all users you also need to choose if the users can only read or they can also modify the folder and then click Apply button;

6. If you choose Restricted to specific users you need to Add person or Add group, choose if they can read or modify folder and then click Apply button;

And this is how we share a folder or any document.
