The steps to copy team and team rates, phases and activities from other projects
When the new project is very similar to an old one, and you want to skip the part where you add the project information manually, you use the “Copy from another project” button:
By using this button you will be able to choose a project – from the drop down list – from which you can copy the team and role rates, the skills, the phases and activities of that existing project into the new project.
