Create a leave requests
There are 3 ways to create a leave request:
A.
- Go to Leave;
- Click on the small green “plus” button to the right of your name and a new window will open;
- In the new opened window you fill in the period, the type of leave and add a reason, if you want to;
- To save and send the request you click on the Add button.
B.
- Go to Leave;
- Right click, on a day you want to include in your request;
- Click on Add new request;
- In the new opened window you fill in the period, the type of leave and add a reason, if you want to;
- To save and send the request you click on the Add button.
C.
- Go to Leave;
- Click, on the first day of your leave request, and drag until the last day, creating a time allocation;
- In the new opened window you fill in the period, the type of leave and add a reason, if you want to;
- To save and send the request you click on the Add button.
Approval workflow (approve, reject, modify, delete) for leave requests
A project director, accounting or the admin can approve, reject or modify the leave requests. To do this you should follow the next steps:
- Go to Leave;
- Right click on the request;
- A drop-down list will open and you have to choose one of the following:
- Approve
- Reject
- Modify
- Delete
4. A new window will open, where you can add a reason for your response;
5. Click on the Approve/Decline button to save the workflow.
Tip: If you click on the calendar icon the approval/reject page will open.
